The Award consists of three parts: (a) the Partial Award, which deals with all matters save for interest and costs; (b) the Exhibits to the Partial Award (the arbitration agreement and the procedural orders); and (c) the Final Award that deals with interest and costs.  

This dispute was referred from the County Court of Victoria and was conducted by stop-clock arbitration over one day under the Arbitration Victoria Rules.  Both parties were represented by solicitors and counsel.

The Award is now enforceable in the County Court of Victoria.
