As a commercial disputes lawyer and arbitrator, Bronwyn has a particular interest and expertise in shareholder and joint venture disputes and has practiced across a range of industry sectors including technology (licensing and service agreements), pharmaceuticals (licensing and distribution), building and construction, energy and resources, renewables, consumer goods (manufacturing and distribution agreements), real property/leasing, international trade and insurance.  Bronwyn’s practice includes complex contractual disputes, multiparty disputes and disputes involving multiple jurisdictions. 

Amongst other roles, Bronwyn was appointed by the Federal Attorney General in 2016 as one of Australia’s four designated ICSID Conciliators.
