Prior to practising as a tribunal secretary, Sunita practised international arbitration as a Junior Associate at a leading international law firm in Singapore, and also worked as a Research Assistant at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment at Columbia Law School in New York City.
Sunita holds an LL.B. from the University of Nottingham, and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was the Executive Editor of Berkeley Business Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in England & Wales, Singapore and New York.
Sunita is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. She is also the Founder and Chair of Singapore Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (SG VYAP).
