Starting an arbitration under the Rules

To commence an arbitration with Arbitration Victoria, please complete the form below and upload the requested documents. Further information on the process can be found in the User Manual and the Rules (particular Rule 14).

PAYMENT

Once you have completed the form, please contact Arbitration Victoria at secretariat@arbitrationvictoria.com for direct deposit details for payment of the prescribed administration fee. Please note that all bank charges are to be borne by the payer.

When paying the prescribed administration fee please include the claimant’s name as the reference and please also advise Arbitration Victoria in writing that the payment has been made. Once the documents and payment are received by Arbitration Victoria, the parties will be notified of the Arbitrator’s appointment.
